Posts You Loved Most: September 2026

We are halfway through the month of October, so it’s time to take a look back at the month of September and highlight the Posts You Loved Most!

#5: Design Your Life with these 5 Books

5 books to read if you are looking to make small changes to your day-to-day that have a big impact!

#4: Reese’s Picks I’ve Read (and a few I loved) ❤️

I’ve been casually following along with Reese’s Book Club since it started in 2017. When I reviewed the official list, I realized I’ve read 20 books, and so many of them are some of my favorite books (like Tom Lake by Ann Patchett). In September, I started reading her latest book club selection because it’s the sequel to a book I read 10 years ago!

#3: Library Book Sale Haul

I visited the Friends of the Danville Library Book Sale and came home with two books! One Pulitzer Prize Winner and another described as a time travel romance, spy thriller, and a workplace comedy.

#2: The One That Got Away

In 2021 I started a book, read 50%, but just could not finish it. Fast forward 5 years later—I think about it all the time. Find out which book and why it’s always on my mind!

#1: Author Spotlight: Meet J. Blake Myersmann

I recently interviewed J. Blake Myersmann for an Author Spotlight. Learn about his debut novel, reading habits and behind-the-scenes of his writing process!

You may have noticed that I’ve started writing and publishing every day. I kicked off this new habit in September with my 30 Days of Writing Project.
